Site visitors: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) for security and debugging. We don't run third-party analytics or advertising trackers on this site today.

Inquiries: whatever you submit through the contact form or email us directly — typically your name, company or store name, email address, target platforms, approximate budget, and a description of what you sell and where.

Client campaign data: once engaged, we collect what's needed to plan and run your campaigns in Kitty X's own agency ad accounts — product or store details, creative assets, target market information, and payment for ad spend and fees. Because campaigns run through our accounts rather than yours, we don't need or request access to a client's own ad platform accounts. This data and its handling are covered by the client's engagement agreement, not solely by this public policy.

• To respond to inquiries and scope engagements;
• To plan, launch, and manage advertising campaigns on behalf of engaged clients through our agency ad accounts;
• To prepare the performance reports we provide to clients;
• To detect and prevent abuse or misuse of this website or the contact form;
• To meet legal, accounting, and recordkeeping obligations.

We share information only as needed to run the agency and the campaigns we manage:

• Advertising platforms — Google, Meta, and TikTok — as needed to run a client's campaigns through Kitty X's own agency ad accounts.
• Payment processors — to collect ad spend and management fees from clients.
• Infrastructure providers — hosting and email delivery needed to run this website.

We don't sell your personal information to third parties.

Inquiries are kept as long as needed to respond and for a reasonable period after for our own records. Client campaign data is retained for the length of the engagement and for a reasonable period after, consistent with the client's engagement agreement and our accounting obligations.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it by emailing hi@kxllc.us. Depending on where you're located, you may have additional rights under laws like the GDPR or CCPA — contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Kitty X is a business-to-business service, not directed at or intended for use by anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
