Terms of Service

Kitty X provides business-to-business ad placement services. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of the organization you represent to submit an inquiry or engage our services.

This site describes the ad placement services Kitty X offers on Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok Ads. Nothing on this site is itself a service agreement, a quote, or a commitment to perform work. Any actual engagement — including scope, deliverables, fees, funding of ad spend, and timelines — is agreed separately in writing before work begins.

You agree not to use this website to:

• Submit false, fraudulent, or misleading information through the contact form;
• Probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of this site;
• Scrape, harvest, or systematically extract content from this site without our written permission;
• Use this site to transmit anything unlawful, infringing, or harmful.

Where we're engaged to run advertising for a client, that work runs through Kitty X's own agency ad accounts on Google Ads, Meta, or TikTok Ads — not the client's own accounts — and is subject to the terms and policies of the relevant platform. Kitty X does not engage clients whose purpose is to keep advertising after a platform has suspended or rejected their own account for a policy violation; we don't offer, and this site doesn't imply, a way to work around a platform's own policy enforcement.

Clients remain responsible for the accuracy of the product, pricing, and claims in the creative and landing pages we run on their behalf, and for their own compliance with applicable law. Funding, pacing, and reconciliation of ad spend, and ownership of any resulting campaign data, are set out in the client engagement agreement.

The content of this website — including its text, design, and the Kitty X name and marks — belongs to Kitty X LLC unless otherwise noted. Ownership of deliverables produced under a client engagement (creative assets, campaign materials, reports) is addressed in that client's engagement agreement.

This website is provided "as is." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Kitty X LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability arising from an actual services engagement is governed by the applicable client engagement agreement.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of this site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
